Maggie and Amber's business journey began in their teenage years, when the best friend duo would assist in Amber's mother's photography studio. They have since grown an impressive studio of their own, serving couples with their signature organic and thoughtful wedding photography. Their style is sophisticated, warm, and editorial.
Brand and logo design
For Kindred Light Studios' brand design, we drew inspiration from the textures, architecture, and
sculptures of European destinations. We also referenced Maggie and Amber's signature style to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. A warm color palette composed of neutrals along with rich green tones was the perfect complement to their portfolio. A stunning lemon illustration and monogram mark complete the brand, rounding out a versatile and elegant logo suite.
Web design
A custom web design brought the Kindred Light Studios brand to life. Their design featured large, impactful typography and imagery, designed to leave a lasting impression on visitors. One thing we discussed on their brand strategy call was the idea of being inspired by love letters, which we were able to incorporate as a background texture throughout the site. We also designed a specific Destinations page to showcase Maggie and Amber's stunning work from their travels and to speak directly to couples wishing to book a destination wedding. This website is both stunningly gorgeous and designed to convert.
